Olivier Property Valuations is a vibrant business that offers a wide array of skills and desirable depth of experience. Our aim is to provide excellent value for money by meeting each client's needs timeously and affordably.

Our valuation philosophy is underpinned by a broad approach to maintain perspective always, but includes attention to detail. We base our valuations on thorough research and analytics combined with a clear understanding of the context. Our reports are well motivated, precise and easy to understand.

Our founder and principal valuer is Jake Olivier, Professional Valuer and Associate Actuary.

With 20 years experience in Finance, Valuations and Corporate Investment Services including 8 years of intensive property valuation experience and 12 years’ experience as an actuary, Jake brings a unique skill set to the property valuation arena.

Jake has completed 400+ commercial property valuations and property development feasibilities across all major property classes etc (see Services).

His actuarial training, and experience as an actuary in corporate investment services, provides a unique insight into property investments, risks and returns.
